On September 7, 1999, this court issued an order (Item 58) granting defendants’ motion to preclude plaintiffs from introducing the testimony of vocational expert Herbert Weber because plaintiffs failed to comply with this court’s previous decision and order, dated April 26, 1999 (Item 48), granting in part and denying in part defendants’ prior motion to compel full and complete disclosure of expert witness information in accordance with Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
