MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiffs Eric Gregory Doll, Donald L. Abraham, David Garcia, Stephen Mixon, Matthew Pollack, Michael Regensburger, Patrick and Shirley Ziehr (collectively “Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and all other persons and entities similarly situated (the “Class(es)”), bring this class action against Ford Motor Company (“Defendant” or “Ford”).
