Appellee filed his bill in chancery against the above-named appellants [Daniel G. Hunter, Saline M. Hunter and Neis J. Johnson], and one Lindgren and the Union Bank of Chicago, charging a fraudulent conspiracy whereby appellee was deprived of his property in a note for $10,500 signed by appellants, Daniel G. Hunter and Saline M. Hunter, his wife. The bill prayed for a disclosure by defendants of the part they took in the transaction, an accounting, that defendants be required to pay the amount found to be due therefrom, and for…
