This case is now before this court on rehearing granted. The appeal is by the Madison & Kedzie State Bank and the Madison-Kedzie Trust & Savings Bank, both banking corporations, from a decree in equity, by which both were held liable for a balance due upon an accounting between complainants and the Madison & Kedzie State Bank. The decree after granting equitable relief as prayed entered judgment against both banks and Will H. Wade, receiver of one of them, for $17,265.25, with interest.
