This is a suit for damages for fraud and deceit and malpractice arising from an attorney-client, co-adventurer relationship in real estate. The trial court gave judgment on the pleadings (Sec. 45(5), C.P.A.) for defendant and plaintiffs have appealed.

The motion for judgment admitted the well-pleaded facts. Barrett v. Continental Ill. Nat. Bank & Trust Co. of Chicago, 2 Ill.App.2d 70.
