Quinn, Chief Judge:. ' A general court-martial at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, convicted the accused of an act of sodomy with an airman, and sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for two years. The convening authority approved the findings of guilty, but modified the sentence by eliminating the confinement and reducing the forfeitures to $150.00 per month for six months.
