This is an appeal upon the original record by Joe M. Meyer and Wilma B. Meyer (plaintiffs below) from an order and judgment of the District Court of Tulsa County sustaining the demurrer of S. S. Vance and Inez W. Vance (defendants below) to plaintiff’s amended petition, and dismissing the action. The parties will be referred to by their trial court designations.
