For the reasons stated below, I concur with the majority's opinion issued March 13, 2018, affirming the trial court's judgment.

This court issued an order on March 8, 2018, for a supplemental clerk's record containing appellant's written motion to suppress to be filed in this court. On April 6, 2018, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing a sworn affidavit that the motion was not part of the case file.
