This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Circuit Co.urt of Multnomah County rendered in a workmen’s compensation case wherein plaintiff was claiming and, pursuant to a jury verdict, was allowed compensation for permanent partial disability on account of thirty per cent loss of vision of his right eye, and his attorney fees.
