In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (DeMaro, J.), entered May 23, 1996, as granted the plaintiff’s motion to quash the defendant’s subpoenas duces tecum.

*338Ordered that the order is modified by deleting the provision thereof granting the motion to quash the subpoena duces tecum dated March 19, 1996, in its entirety and substituting therefor a provision granting the motion to quash to the extent that the subpoena seeks copies of the plaintiff’s 1099, W-2,…
