The question before the court in this repetitive stress injury (RSI) action is whether plaintiffs are entitled to a protective order against nonsettling defendants who seek to discover the terms of confidential settlement agreements entered into between plaintiffs and codefendants. Indeed, it is no secret that plaintiffs Audrey Hulse and Lewis R. Hulse (Hulse) have settled their claims against both A.B. Dick Company (A.B. Dick) and Sony Corporation of America (SONY).
