I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Jill L. Hasbrouck (“Hasbrouck” or “plaintiff’) filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 alleging employment discrimination on the basis of sex. Hasbrouck *454seeks an order protecting from discovery the terms of a settlement between she and non-party Trasteo Bank, National Association (“Trasteo Bank”).
