This is a bankruptcy appeal by Creditors who contend that the bankruptcy' court erred in failing to give effect to a *796state court judgment. The claim arose out of an altercation between a bar bouncer and a group of patrons. The bar’s insurance carrier declined to provide coverage. The case proceeded without the defendants being represented, and a hearing was held at which uncontested testimony from the patrons led to substantial damage awards against the bouncer, Grady Clark Cunningham, Jr., and the bar.
