I. INTRODUCTION

The plaintiff, Conor Corcoran (“Corcor-an”), obtained a default judgment against the debtor/defendant, Brian McCabe (“Debtor”), in state court in connection with an allegedly defamatory message posted on a Myspace page. The state court subsequently held a damages hearing, in which both the Debtor and Corcoran ap-peared, and ultimately entered a judgment in Corcoran’s favor in the amount of $75,000 and issued an opinion addressing the damages sustained by Corcoran.
