This case is an employment dispute involving an employee’s prescription drug *431use. Plaintiff Jonathan Gautier (“Gautier”) claims that his employer, Celanese, violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) when it suspended him from work until he reduced his use of prescription pain medicine and self-enrolled in an Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) for drug dependency.
