THE COURT.

This is an appeal by the defendant, a life insurance company, from a judgment against it and from the order denying its motion for a nonsuit. The plaintiff is the widow of Roy K. Belden, deceased. When his death occurred there were five purported policies of insurance on his life, all issued by the defendant corporation. Two of these were paid, but the company denied liability upon the other three, being the one here in suit payable to his widow and two others upon which Georgeana Belden, Roy K.
