THE COURT.

Petitioners have applied for a writ of mandate to compel the respondent State Treasurer to publish notice, as required by Statutes of 1933, chapter 605, that a certain registered warrant is now redeemable as to both principal and interest. One of the petitioners is the State Controller and the other is the owner and holder of the warrant in question."
