Petitioner Lone Star Steel Company (Lone Star) seeks to set aside or modify a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (the Board), 231 NLRB No. 88, which modified an earlier ruling by an AU and dismissed petitioner’s complaint against the United Mine Workers of America (the Union), charging a series of unfair labor practices under §§ 8(b)(3) and (bX4)(A) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(b)(3) and (b)((4)(A) (1976).
