Plaintiff appeals from an order sustaining respondents’ demurrer to her complaint. (Respondents on this appeal are Peter A. Jewell, sued individually and as representative of the estate of his father, Peter J. Jewell, deceased, Viola Jewell, his wife, National Surety Corporation, surety on Peter A. Jewell’s bond, Oscar Dahl, special guardian of plaintiff’s estate, and John Kater and C. V. Gardiner, sureties on his bond.
