This is a representative suit brought by three stockholders of defendant corporation to recover for it and its stockholders damages against the directors, officers, and employes of the corporation who allegedly conspired to defraud the corporation of its property. Three causes of action are set out, with this novelty, that in the second cause of action, as well as in the third, the entire first cause of action is made a part thereof as if fully therein set out.
