This is a putative class action brought by indirect purchasers of Wellbutrin SR. Before the Court is defendants’ motion for judgment on the pleadings (Docket #221), in which they assert that because plaintiffs cannot state a cause of action under the laws of their respective home states, their claims must be dismissed. A resolution of this issue should precede the issues of class certification and summary judgment.
