MEMORANDUM AND ORDER RICHARD J. SULLIVAN, District Judge:

Plaintiffs bring this action against Liberty Apparel Company, Inc. (“Liberty Apparel”), and its principals, Albert Nigri and Hagai Laniado, alleging that defendants failed to pay plaintiffs wages allegedly owed to them under federal and New York State wage and overtime compensation provisions. On March 13, 2002, the Honorable Richard C. Casey, District Judge, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment against plaintiffs’ federal claims, and declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiffs’ state law claims. On…
