The plaintiffs, current and former employees of Alice’s Tea Cup, LLC, ATC II LLC, and ATCIII, LLC (all restaurants doing business under the name “Alice’s Tea Cup”) bring this action against the three associated entities alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (the “FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., and the New York Labor Law (the “NYLL”), N.Y.
