MEMORANDUM OPINION

HILTON, District Judge.

This matter came before the court on defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff is a high school basketball coach who was temporarily suspended from her coaching responsibilities pending an investigation into various complaints regarding her coaching conduct. Plaintiff brought this suit for declarative, injunctive and monetary relief alleging that the suspension violated her constitutional right to procedural due process, substantive due process and equal protection of the law.
