The Columbia Housing Authority (“CHA”) filed this action seeking to enjoin arbitration of its dispute with Cornerstone Housing and Cornerstone Columbia (collectively, “Cornerstone”). In granting Cornerstone’s motion to dismiss, the *332trial court ordered arbitration to proceed. CHA appeals. We affirm.
