Paragon Builders appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion to compel arbitration or dismiss the complaint of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. We reverse.1

FACTS

Paragon Builders, L.L.C. of Orangeburg, South Carolina, signed a contract with New Hope Missionary Baptist Church (Church) on or between September 30 and October 3, 2004.
