ORDER DENYING MOTION TO REMOVE DEBTOR’S COUNSEL

THIS CAUSE came before this Court for final hearing on August 19, 1986, upon a Motion by the Creditors’ Committee to remove debtor’s counsel due to alleged conflict of interest and to deny any and all compensation for debtor’s counsel. The creditors’ committee alleges that a conflict of interest exists which requires the removal of counsel for debtor and the return of all compensation received for legal representation.
