MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Before the Court are two fee applications filed by counsel for Guy Apple Masonry Contractor, Inc., debtor in possession herein (“Guy Apple” or “debtor”).

Creditor Bricklayers Trust Fund (“Fund”) objected that certain itemized services were not performed for the benefit of the estate and the results achieved did not justify the fees requested. 11 U.S.C. § 330(a). The Fund also asserted payment should be deferred until the confirmation of a plan of reorganization as total administrative claims to be paid are, as yet, uncertain. In…
