Before this Court is the final application (hereinafter, “Final Application”) of Donovan, Leisure, Newton & Irvine (hereinafter, “Applicant” or “Donovan”), former counsel to the Debtor-in-Possession, Kliegl Bros. Universal Electric Stage Lighting Co., Inc. (hereinafter, “Kliegl Bros.” or the “Debtor”), for allowance of compensation and reimbursement of expenses.
