MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLIS, District Judge.

This stockholder derivative action involves breach of fiduciary duty and conversion claims concerning a corporation jointly owned by feuding former spouses. The following threshold jurisdictional questions are presented:(i) whether the judicially-created domestic relations exception to federal jurisdiction divests a federal court of jurisdiction where, as here, plaintiff, whose ownership interests in the corporation originate from a marriage dissolution separation agreement, asserts shareholder claims under Virginia corporate law, and(ii) whether the…
