George F. Voris filed in the superior court of Cook county an amended bill for the specific performance of a contract whereby John McIver and Elizabeth K. McIver, his wife, agreed to sell and convey to complainant a certain parcel of real estate in the city of Chicago. The vendors had purchased the land under a contract from Frederick H. Bartlett as trustee for the Frederick H. Bartlett Realty Company, not incorporated, but the deed, pursuant to that contract, had not been delivered to them.
