This is the second appeal in this case and arises out of a contract entered into by and between the plaintiffs-appellees-cross-appellants (hereinafter plaintiffs) and the defendant-appellant-cross-appellee, Oak Park Federal Savings and Loan Association (hereinafter Oak Park).
