Flaintiff Elizabeth Kenny appeals as of right the trial court’s order granting defendant Kaatz Funeral Home, Inc., summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(0(10) in this premises liability action involving a slip and fall on snow-covered ice in defendant’s parking lot.1 We reverse.
