STEPHENSON, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board (Board) petitions for enforcement of its supplemental back pay order issued against Midwest Hanger Company and Liberty Engineering Corporation 1 (Company) directing the Company to pay approximately $112,000 2 to 17 persons who had been dis-criminatorily discharged by the Company in violation of sections 8(a)(3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act.
