The original plaintiff died while this appeal was pending and an order was entered substituting the executors of his last will and testament as parties plaintiff. For convenience, references hereinafter to plaintiff will be to the original plaintiff.
Two bonds, one in the sum of $15,000 arid the other in the sum of $17,500, with accompanying mortgages on premises known as 5716 and 5722 Fourth Avenue, Brooklyn, were executed and delivered on the 16th and 20th days of September, 1926, respectively, by Stoneview Holding Corporation.
