The defendants acting as brokers negotiated the sale to the plaintiff of a motor boat belonging to one Richards for the price of $18,000. The evidence supports findings of the trial judge that the defendants represented to the plaintiff that the motor boat would be in first class condition and repair when delivered to the plaintiff, and that it was capable of making a speed of twenty-eight miles an hour.
