—In an action, inter alia, to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from (1) so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), entered January 9, 1997, as denied its motion for leave to file and serve a second amended verified complaint, and (2) so much of an order of the same court, dated April 11, 1997, as (a) upon, in effect, granting re-argument, adhered to the original determination and (b) granted the defendants’ cross motion to dismiss the action in its entirety.
