Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing her claims for wrongful discharge and intentional infliction of emotional distress. ORCP 21A(8). We reverse.

Plaintiff alleges that, in 1989, she was employed by defendant as a pharmacy technician. Her responsibilities included taking a monthly inventory of all drugs in defendant’s pharmacy department. Plaintiff became aware of inaccuracies in the inventory. She told her immediate supervisor about the inaccuracies and also informed him that defendant’s record keeping of its drug inventory was in violation of Oregon Administrative Rules, chapter 855.…
