The Salvation Army appeals the judgment based on a partial summary judgment order declaring that its actions respecting rest periods and meal periods of four of its former domestic violence counselors violated WAC 296-126-092. We hold that requiring these counselors to remain on call, while they are not engaged in specific work-related activities, was not a violation of WAC 296-126-*275-092 concerning rest and meal periods. Accordingly, former employees Janet White, Lexor Green, Marcóla Nixon, and T.inda Felton (workers) are not entitled to additional compensation for meal and rest periods. We…
