Petitioner King Soopers, Inc. (“King Soopers” or “the Company”) owns and operates a grocery store in Denver, Colorado, where its employees are represented by the United Food and Commercial Workers, Local 7 (“Union”). Wendy Geas-lin was a member of the Union who worked as a barista at the Starbucks kiosk located inside of the store until she was terminated in May of 2014.
