MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOHN W. LORD, Jr., District Judge.

The defendants have been convicted by a jury pursuant to a two count indictment charging them with violating 18 U.S.C.A. § 894 (Supp.1972) and 18 U.S.C.A. § 1952. Immediately upon the recording of the verdict, the Government moved that each of the defendants be held without bail pending imposition of sentence, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.A. § 3148 (Supp.1972).
