ORDER DENYING APPLICATION FOR BAIL PENDING APPEAL

ZIRPOLI, District Judge.

Defendant, George Louie, was convicted after a jury trial pursuant to a five count indictment in Crim.No. 41773, wherein he was named as defendant in counts 1, 2 and 5. The defendant was charged in counts 1 and 2 with violations of 18 U.S.C. § 2314 (interstate transportation of forged securities) and in count 5 with a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (conspiracy to violate 18 U.S.C. § 2314).
