MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON BAIL ON APPEAL

OLIVER J. CARTER, District Judge.

After sentencing defendant to concurrent fifteen year terms of imprisonment for conviction on three counts of an indictment charging a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 174, the sale of heroin, a narcotic drug, the Court fixed bail on appeal at $20,000.
