This action was filed in the district court of Oklahoma county, Oklahoma, by Joe B. Wilp and his wife, as plaintiffs, seeking to permanently enjoin the defendants, Frank L. Mag-nus and his wife, from interfering with or bothering plaintiffs in the use of a driveway between the houses of the respective parties. They appear here in the same order as in the trial court.
