This is an appeal by plaintiff lessors from a judgment in favor of defendant lessee in an ejectment action brought by plaintiffs to recover possession of property covered by a written *713lease entered into by the parties on or about April 1, 1945. As the principal question before us involves the construction of the lease, it is set out in full and is as follows:
