RUSSON, Justice:
T1 Garrett Prince ("Prince") appeals an order granting partial summary judgment to Bear River Mutual Insurance Company ("Bear River") and asks us to hold that Bear River breached the insurance policy that afforded Prince personal injury protection ("PIP") coverage. Further, Prince appeals the trial court's award of $450 in attorney fees. We affirm.
