INTRODUCTION

T1 Michael Oman was an employee of Davis County School District (the "District") until 2003, when he was fired. Oman subsequently filed suit against the District and seven District employees (collectively, "Defendants"), claiming breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violation of the Utah Orderly School Termination Procedures Act ("UOSTPA").
