EMERSON, J. *

In this action for dissolution of marriage, interlocutoiy and final judgments of dissolution were entered on the same day. No appeals have been taken from these judgments. The court, however, expressly reserved jurisdiction to rule on all issues raised in the case, including the extent of community property, division of community property and “all other necessary and proper orders.”

Upon trial of these issues, the court entered a judgment containing, among others, the following rulings:
