MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the court is confirmation of the Debtor’s Chapter 12 Plan of Reorganization filed on January 7, 1993, a hearing on which was held on January 25, 1993. The only unresolved objections are those raised by the First State Bank of Goodrich (Bank), who has long opposed the Debtor’s reorganization efforts and who presently holds a $106,000.00 state court judgment by reason of conversion of collateral pledged as security.
