The matter before the court is confirmation of the Debtors’ First “Amended” Plan of Reorganization (Plan) under Chapter 12 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors, Wayne and Pamela Foertsch, filed their modified plan of reorganization on November 18, 1993. The standing Chapter 12 Trustee (Trustee) and Lincoln State Bank (Bank), the Debtors’ principal secured creditor, filed objections to confirmation of the Plan.
